It is our belief that when the people of this nation elect our leaders that they are to be “our” leaders. We are not electing the world president, or the world congress, we are electing the American President and the American Congress. Our leaders need to think about our nation and our citizens first and foremost. Foreign deals and entanglements are a distraction that must be done away with.
We ask the following questions: “Why are we giving away millions upon millions of US taxpayers money to foreign elements? Why are we trying to solve world hunger when people in America are starving? Why are we giving away millions for aid in medical fields when we, the richest nation in the world, do not have the best hospitals and medicines? Why are we giving away millions to other nations to boost their education systems when our own need so much? The answer is simple; because our elected officials care more about other areas of the world and the agenda of globalization than about our own nation and our own people. It is our belief that we should cure our own problems first, then with what is left, help the rest.
It is also our belief that organizations like the UN, NATO, NAFTA and others take away from our nation. The UN is a failure and continues to be a hotbed for anti-American nations. Why should we prop up an organization that then props up nations and foreign leaders that seek our total destruction? What is even worse is that the UN with its laws that it seeks to enforce on the United States of America is a direct threat to our national sovereignty and our right to self determination. NATO is a dinosaur from the Cold War that has out lived its purpose. It only serves to further entangle our nation and soldiers in foreign wars and conflicts and restrict any real chance of creating new relations with certain nations. NAFTA and other such deals and agreements are a direct threat to our sovereignty and will most likely snowball into an almost unstoppable force that will seek to change and possibly completely undo us as a nation. We can have free trade without the unfair trade.
Finally we support the 100% destruction of lobbing groups both domestic and foreign. We believe that it is the government’s job to do what is best for the nation as a whole and all of its citizens, not to simply pick and choose based on which group can summon more money to line the pockets of the corrupt bureaucrats that currently occupy our capital.
2. We demand the creation of a stronger government that is smaller in size; we therefore demand greater responsibilities from those in power, greater qualifications, and finally real consequences for failure and/or corruption.
In order to cut down on the red tape and bureaucratic walls we believe in the complete restructuring of the government to make it smaller, more efficient, reliable, responsible and powerful. Now many might wonder why more powerful, well that is simple, we believe the government must have the power so that when a problem arises it can act quickly and decisively. In times of national crisis the government must be free to act. Of course we also believe that with greater power comes greater responsibility, and also greater punishment for those who abuse their powers.
It is also our belief that more qualifications must be placed on those that seek to become some of the most powerful people in our nation. It is not enough to simply been a natural borne citizen, with lots of financial backing and a good sales person. We believe that certain governmental posts should also require a certain amount of political experience in related areas and at least some time served in civil service, which will be covered in more detail in point eight.
Finally with all this extra power we believe failure to do ones job and/or the charges of corruption or other acts against the nation are to be taken extremely seriously. Acts that would be considered treason should have the possibility of being met, if convicted, with the death penalty. This we believe should go all the way to the top of the government. While lesser crimes should result in time served, and/or corporal punishment. Also if the crime is serious enough the person should be expelled from his or her governmental positions, the possible loss of all government benefits, and even the possible loss of all rights gained through civil service.
3. We demand that no one including the highest ranking government officials is to be above law and thus we demand that all political pardons be reviewed and possibly undone.
We believe that this is necessary because it is being abused by the current powers to cover-up there corruption. In order to undo this atrocities we believe that an organization should be created to review all past and future pardons to ensure that they were only being used to protect national security and not for political reasons. Pardons unfortunately are needed to protect national security from time to time and we believe that until a new way is found that it should remain, hopefully in more responsible hands.
4. We demand a new criminal justice program be put into place that does not seek to protect the guilty criminals but instead seeks to protect the innocent victims, we there for demand the return of both capital and corporal punishment. We therefore demand that in order to protect the innocent against false accusations that those who make up such false accusations receive corporal punishment equal to that crime that they claimed an innocent committed. We further demand then that those who are to carry out the law and protect the innocent face real consequences for failure and/or corruption. Finally we demand the structuring of prisons into work camps of different natures in order for inmates to pay their own way.
We believe that all evidence found in criminal charges that indicate if someone is guilty or not should be allowed, even if obtained illegally, excluding forced confessions. We believe that because evidence has been thrown out murders, rapist and other undesirables have been allowed to walk free. We do believe that evidence should ideally be found legally and there for we call for the restructuring of the laws to allow investigators more leeway, although not unlimited powers. By allowing evidence found illegally there should be a punishment for those that found it, thus discouraging out right abuses of power in order to find evidence. We also believe that if it is proved that the police or whomever planted evidence or lied about evidence it should be thrown out, and they should be punished, but that they case should not be thrown out, only restructured. We also believe that all trials once started be concluded within six months, also that pleas be limited to two attempts over a one year period. We demand no deals with criminals.
We believe and support the use of both capital and corporal punishment as valid punishments for convicted criminals. We believe that capital punishment should be used for crimes such as: first degree murder, attempted first degree murder, treason, and rape. Corporal punishment should be used in cases that warrant punishment, but perhaps not time served. Corporal punishment is a quick but painful way to teach petty criminals a lesson. If a young person steals something and receives only a small slap on the wrist most likely that person will not have learned anything; but if the person receives corporal punishment, they will relate that crime with the pain they received and be further deterred from a repeat offence. Corporal punishment should be used across the board including before capital punishment is given if the crime warrants it.
We further believe that capital and corporal punishment should be carried out by public hangings and public floggings. This is done to send a message loud and clear to possible future criminals that crime will be taken very seriously and this we believe will act as a major deterrent.
Because of this we believe that those who make false accusations against other citizens should if proven to be false in turn receive the sentence that they accused the other of committing, up to corporal punishment, not capital. In cases of false accusations that warrant capital punishment the person that made the false accusations would instead receive capital punishment and the possibility of time served.
Finally we believe that all prisons and jails should be transformed into work camps. Minimum security camps would provide a good labor source for jobs such as farming, road maintenance, and other outside hard labor, of course under supervision, while more serious offenders could work in mines, and factory type hard labor, once again under even more supervision. This would serve a number of purposes, such as much needed labor, rehabilitation through labor, and the inmates would gain valuable skills in legal work. In these new jails and prison we would also have a zero tolerance policy on crime inside, resulting in double punishments for crimes. We believe that inmates do have the right to serve their time in a way that they will not have to fear the other inmates. It is our hope to make jail and prison a place people do not want to return to.
5. We demand that all people living and working with in the nation must be legal citizens, we therefore demand the immediate enforcement of current and future laws protecting the national boarders and the rightful citizens within. We further demand that legal immigration be reviewed and possible restructured to better fit the nation’s interest and the interests of her rightful citizens. Finally we demand the creation of a law that will redefine the creation of a natural born citizen to that of those whose parents are legal citizens.
A nation without boarders and laws is not a nation at all. The ANCP is not anti-immigration; on the contrary we are pro-legal immigration and believe legal immigration to be one of the key aspects of our nation. We are proud of the fact that so many people want to come to America and live the American dream, we simply ask that it be done in a legal fashion. We therefore support boarder protection, in the North, South and coastal regions, which will target anyone seeking to come over illegally. The problem with illegal crossings into our nation is that we do not know who is coming over, it could just be someone looking for work, but it could be a member of a drug cartel, could be a terrorist, a member of a gang, or it even could be someone caring over a dangerous virus, we simply do not know when they cross illegally. There for we believe the government must do its job in protecting our boarders and thus protecting our rightful citizens.
Second we believe that a revision must take place of our current immigration policy. Our immigration policy should not be based on race or income, but should instead be based on skill, a lack of a criminal record and the willingness to adapt to our culture and society. Also it should be a controlled growth, so we put forth the number to be limited at one-hundred-thousand legal immigrants per year, or one-million over a ten year period, of course we believe that the number should be flexible and change according to our national interest and ability to cope with the process of incoming immigrants. We also believe that the process of those coming into our nation should be streamlined to allow those who wish to enter an as quick as possible transfer. Finally we believe that all those entering our nation must learn English, our history, culture and laws, and must accept them as their own. Not in an effort to take away their own way of life, but to encourage national unity. Unity in public, diversity in private.
Thirdly we believe we must solve the problem of the current illegals with our nation. These people have broken our laws simply by crossing our boarder and that is something that we must look down upon. That being said those that come forward and can prove that they have been working since they have arrived, have not participated in any form of identity theft, do not have a criminal record here or in their native country and are willing to learn English, our culture, our laws and accept them as their own, will be allowed to stay and begin the process of becoming a US citizen. They must still receive punishment for their crime of illegal crossing and we believe that the punishment should be some kind of community work. Further more in order to protect the boarder we support a multilateral approach, including a physical barrier, more boots on the boarders, and going after those who hire illegal’s and transport them, we do not support this new system of low wage slavery.
Those that do not come forward or do have a shady past will be captured and will receive a much harsher form of punishment before being deported deeply back into their home nation, and will never be allowed to return under the threat of a much harsher punishment. Our immigration policy must be strict, hard, enforced, but it almost must be fair and have the goal to turn immigrants into Americans, we reject the notion of Mexican American, African American, Asian American or anything else, we will only accept American. Finally we believe a new law must be passed that recreates the idea of a natural born citizen, where the parents of the baby must both be legal citizen of the nation.
6. We demand then that all rightful citizens take upon themselves the responsibilities that come with the title of citizen, that of allegiance to the government, that nation, and fellow citizens.
Citizen should not be viewed as a simple title to be taken lightly. It is our belief that in order to be a true citizen you must be loyal and pledge your allegiance to your nation and fellow citizens, and then its government, and nothing else. Just as we believe that the government should not be loyal to any other nation or people, we believe our citizens should not be loyal to any other nation or people. It is our belief that citizens of this nation must not be a citizen of any other nation, or vote in any election of another nation. In return we believe that the government should not sell out its citizens for the ideas of other nations, and protect its people with all the force it can muster both of economical threats, external threats and even internal threats. The citizens should serve the nation/government and in return the nation/government should serve the citizen.
7. We demand the review and the possible modification of Constitution. We demand that this be done in a way not to strip the rights of the national citizens, but instead ensure that the nation and her citizens are protected for the irresponsible use of these rights. There for we demand that citizens must rightfully earn these rights to truly appreciate them.
We believe that the Constitution was written on paper for a reason. Our founding fathers had the foresight to know that in the future things would change and thus the Constitution should not be taken as if written in stone. We do not believe in taking quotes away from the founding fathers and out of context to support our cause. We are not trying to take away rights from the people, only we seek to better understand the Constitution and from there make improvements if any can be found. We believe in people having rights, but we also believe people, who abuse their rights or wrongfully take away the rights of a fellow citizen, need to lose certain rights.
Keep in mind that when we say this that the Constitution even now a days and in the past has been modified. We are not talking about changing the part of the Constitution that is considered the Bill of Rights, if anything we believe in taking off current restrictions from these, but what we are talking about is getting rid of things like the 16th amendment. So in a way, you could say that we want to move even more so back towards the original Constitution.
We also believe that in order to fully appreciate certain rights, they must be earned. If you were to receive first place in a competition even though you were last you would not appreciate it as much as if you had earned it. It is this belief that we seek in instill in all citizens and the constitution.
8. We demand the creation of a two class system of Civilian Citizens and Service Citizens. Certain rights such as suffrage, right to government position must be earned through civil service.
This is necessary we believe to give our citizens the opportunity to fully earn rights that we believe must be earned. Those rights are the right of suffrage, or to vote in elections, and the right to hold public office. We believe the way to earn this is through civil service, that being service in either the military, police or other service that puts your life on the line for that of a fellow citizen and nation, as nothing greater can be asked from a citizen. Once in service in any of the fields that fall under this for at least two years and only after the person is no longer employed in the field of civil service will the person receive the those rights which he or she has now earned.
In doing this and only in doing this will the citizen earn the right, and thus understand the importance of the right. When voting in a nation that we envision it is of the upmost importance that the voters understand the topics and who they are voting for. Perhaps even more important is that the person seeking political office have sacrificed just as those who vote for him or her, so that the potential leaders will have already learned the lessons of service and sacrifice to something other than themselves and personal greed.
Of course this means that all those who wish to serve in order to gain the rights they want must be allowed, unless physically or mentally unable. We therefore believe in an increased military in all fields that is easier to enter but much harder to end. Meaning while it may be easier to enter, we do not believe in lowering the qualifications that each person must fulfill in order to become a member of that branch, if anything we believe in making harder so that only those who truly want the right and are truly willing to work for it will receive it. We support raising the standards in all military and police branches.
To some this may seem unfair but I ask you do we not now have limitations on those who can vote? In the past age, race, sex, criminal record and a number of other things were required to be met in order to vote and or run for public office. We do not believe on discriminating these rights by race, sex, creed, instead we simply ask that they be of the age of eighteen not have been a convicted felon, serve the nation and people, and end there career in a honorable way. Only then will they have earned the rights to vote and serve in was that will affect the nation and people in drastic ways.
9. We demand that the economy continues to be based on a capitalist system but that it adapts a more corporative type system. Also we demand that all industries that related to national security be brought home and kept American.
Capitalism for the most part works, its flaws do exist but as a system it works. We believe though that in order to better serve the nation and people that a more corporatism form of economy be established. A corporatism system in short refers to a economic system in which power is given to corporate groups that represent economic, industrial, agrarian, and professional groups. These civic assemblies are unelected bodies with an internal hierarchy; their purpose is to control their respective areas of economic life.
Our take on this would allow the workers, and mangers to have a voice and vote for those who would represent them in a separate corporate congress. The corporate congress will only address its own field and must not be allowed to influence the constitutional congress in any way possible, under the threat of treason. The corporate congress will hold no power outside of its respected industry.
For example, all American car industries would come together in an elected council to discuss wages, foreign and domestic competition, and other issues and then take joint actions. In a world were companies now compete not only with domestic companies but companies from other nations we believe in order to give the US economy and industries a boost we should look to increase cooperation between domestic industries to increase quality and quantity here at home. This would help our nations industries without having to resort to lower wages to compete with the masses of low paid workers from other nations. This should be done in a way that balances the needs of the worker, corporation, and American consumer.
10. We demand that our nation and our people not be sacrificed on the altar of globalization, and therefore we demand that a way be found that will allow for global cooperation without the loss of our national sovereignty and right to self determination. Finally we demand a restructuring of laws to allow independent parties to have easier access to national election ballots.
It is our belief that although globalization is evitable that it does not have to come at the cost of the American people. We believe that a way must be found that is requires the fair and equal amount of sacrifice, and work from each nation. We will not push ahead if a nation is trying to take advantage of our nation and people by not doing their part.
In order to secure the basic right of Americans to have access to a true democratic republic the ANCP believes that the laws need to be restructured to allow easier access to the ballots for independent parties of America. We reject the current two party dictatorship, and demand that others views and voices be heard to form a more true republic.
