Why we must Demand Chage

A time has come where we must make demands of our government, and of ourselves. We can no longer simply require that our political leaders and our fellow citizens do what they are supposed to. The government and our political leaders are required to be of the people and for the people, yet time and time again we see them go against the people. They literally steal our money from the social security funds that will not be around to help our elderly in the future, they ignore their jobs to enforce laws that the people support, and they sell us out constantly for greed, party loyalties and other nations. For far too long the people of this great nation have simple sat by and watched as those in power ignore what is suppose to be required of them, it is time for that to change.

We must now demand that they serve us the people as they are meant to , not there selfish interests. When someone is required to do something and they do not do it, you cannot just ignore it, you must demand that they do it, and if they refuse you must replace them or force them to do it. As a people we should demand that the government works for our betterment and thus the betterment of our future and nation. We must demand them to enforce the rule of law and create law that fits with what we want to be done. As we make these demands from our government we should also make these demands of ourselves as the people are suppose to be the government and the government the people.

We enforce these demands with fair and just laws and back them with strict and harsh punishments for failure to follow through. These laws must be fair and equal across the board with no discrimination based on sex, race, creed, or power. If anything those that hold political power should be even more acceptable to the law for they must lead by example, and thus if need be, made an example in the face of law and order.

Now as a people we must demand a change not only in the levels of the government, but we must demand a change within our very selves and that of our fellow citizens. We must demand that we and fellow citizens follow the just laws of the land, and that those who do not follow the law must receive a fair but harsh punishment. We must demand an end to the current culture of self loving, unless worshiping of false idols, crime supporting, lazy and destructive culture that is consuming us and return to order, loyalty, honor, sacrifice and service not only to the nation but to our selves and to our fellow citizens. For if we are to bring about true change for a better America we must all strive for greater goals. Only then will we be able to bring about a new America, a better America of the people and for the people.
